GENERAL INFORMATION
On this page you’ll find numerous ways to contact us here at American Printer And Computer Service, Inc. Generally, our preferred method of communication with customers is via email, so there is a written record of Service Requests and orders. We check all our email addresses several times a day. That being said, there are plenty of other ways people communicate with each other these days, and we’ve tried to make ourselves available through them as well.

CALLING US
When calling us, please note that since the pandemic and subsequent closure of our offices for large periods of time, we have since employed an answering service (still a real-life person – no phone trees) to field our calls and take voice messages. This has worked out well for our company and we continue to employ them to field calls. They generally do an excellent job relaying calls and messages to us, but occasionally make mistakes. If you have not had a call returned to you that you left with our answering service, please do try calling again or emailing us using the address above. Please use the number in the header image of the site to call us.

EMAILING US
When you email us, please be sure that your “reply to” address is correct and that you check your spam folder the day after your email was sent just in case our reply ended up there by accident. We generally reply to all emailed requests and inquiries within 24 hours during normal business hours; however, if we have to research your inquiry a little, there may be a slightly longer wait for a reply. It will help us to not play “email tag” if your inquiry includes your preferred name; city and state; make and model number of your equipment; and a brief description (or longer if you feel like typing – the more information the better!) of the issue you’re experiencing and what you’ve tried thus far to resolve it. VISITING US
Please note that we accept In-House work (you bring your equipment to our shop) ONLY at our Oregon location (thus no Google map below for our WA State location). We are also not currently doing computer repairs in Washington State.

Our Oregon location is located in the beautiful city of Gladstone, just off of I-205. GPS doesn’t always seem to like our location (usually it shows us in what appears to be the middle of nowhere, close to I-205), so here are some tips to finding us.

The driveway to our building is located on the SOUTH wall of the NW Self Storage place on 82nd Drive. We’re located at the very top of the driveway, so go past the green house on the left and continue all the way up the driveway to the cinderblock wall. Our main entrance is on the side of the building with the blue awning, which is usually locked. Noise from the nearby freeway can prevent us from hearing a knock at the door, but if you call us when you arrive, we can come meet you at the door. We’re also sometimes “all hands on deck” out in the field, responding to Service Requests so it is best to call or email ahead for an appointment, if possible.
